Services Offered

2 Hour consultation to review up to 3 rooms.  Talk preliminary action steps and determine scope of project.

Once the scope has been identified, any further design time will be billed hourly.

1.5 Hour Color Consult to select paint for up to 5 rooms. I work with several brands to get you the best color for your space. 

Research is done prior to visit to identify buyer demographic.

I will walk through the home and photograph each space.  We will review each space to determine action items, which will be written on a report as we go along and sent via email following the visit for the homeowner to complete.  At this time I will provide an Open House checklist.

(up to 3,000sq ft.  Additional charge for larger homes )

I will spend up to 4 hours in the home refining what you have started from the consultation report.  I will style newly purchased items if applicable.   Get your home ready for MLS photographs or Open house, and provide organizational solutions for lived in homes, in order to prep quickly for additional showings.

Photographs can be done at this time if the photography is not provided by realtor.

You will receive a Home Preparation Plan to complete prior to our scheduled day.  I will spend the day working with you, preparing, staging decorative items, photographing the rooms, and getting the home ready to sell! Accessories can be bought or rented if needed.  We will start in the main areas and expand as time allows.  Expect to be working with me through the day.
